Personal Data Processing - After completing the online registration form, the information you provide (personal ID number, first name, last name, phone number, email address, faculty, section, thesis, and a copy of your ID document) will be processed solely by the Georgian Technical University for the purpose of organizing and conducting the student conference.

Your data will be used only for registration, confirming participation, and necessary communication. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable Georgian legislation and is protected under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

After the registration and the completion of the conference, your data will be stored for the period defined by law.

Note: In the case of co-authored works, separate registration of participants is not required.
